Walter spends a lot of the series sneaking around behind Skyler's back to commit criminal activity, and Skyler gets labelled a "bitch" by a lot of BB fans whenever she becomes suspicious of Walter and tries to figure out what he's up to, even though she has valid reasons to be upset with her husband. It's very frustrating.
That was truly an atrocious example of misogyny, I hated it. I didn't love any of the characters myself, but the amount Skyler got was ridiculous. Plus, the kind of hate which was clearly motivited by a general lack of concern for women or plain hate towards them.
