I was watching Hot Dog earlier on FX and it dawned on me that Jackie was the only one supportive of Eric's decision to propose to Donna. Then I got to thinking about it and I think from the beginning to the end she was really the only one supportive of their engagement, she made a payment for Eric and everything. Eric & Jackie should have been the ones to have gotten married seeing as she proposed to Kelso and that didn't work out and Eric proposed to Donna and that didn't work out. They should have found each other. :lol:

Looking back now by the end of the show I was definitely rooting for Jackie to run to Africa to be with Eric and for them to get married.

They were just similar that they would have worked. They wanted the same things out of their relationships :) I think they "didn't like" each other, because of their similarities.

I definitely think the similarites between these two held them back. I think Jackie being so spoiled and mean to Eric in the beginning of the series really turned Eric off and in the end he just didn't want to bother being friends. They were both too stubborn to apologize to each other for the things they've done or really sit down and talk with each other. You know they secretly trust each other though becuse even in the first season Jackie told Eric that she was pregnant before she told anyone else.
