I liked Nate's book character for the most part because it was almost amusing to read from his point of view where he was stoned 24/7 :lol:. And aside from that, I liked that he had an interest in boats, played lacrosse and had a group of friends of his own (stoners, but still :lol:). These are things I wish they would've made part of his character on the show. It really bugged me that they ended up giving the drug problem to The Captain, when it really should've been Nate.

True about the last bit. But yeah. At least he's less stoned.

Well, he definitely didn't throw it away. I think he just put it away for safekeepiong, like the rest of his feelings for Jenny...but like the letter, they are still there.

alex, i kind of want nj to be written differently from CB. i am hoping for something more gentile and romantic. CB ooze chemistry and whatnot, but along with that, i want something a little sweeter with NJ. like the title says, they are like a fairytale. it's gotta be uber-sweet then.

I dont want NJ to be written the same way, I just mean that the writers seem to put so much time and effort into CB.
