I’ll try to clarify the Fan Forum policy regarding spoilers. According Fan Forum rules, no spoilers are allowed on the TV show boards. Information is considered to be a spoiler if it details something that has not yet been broadcast anywhere in the world.

Episode Stills are released by the channel and are not considered to be spoilers, but we request that members don't use stills for a future episode in their avatars until after that episode airs, because avatars can be seen all over Fan Forum, and we want to respect the wishes of members that don't want to see any spoilers for an episode, and that includes seeing any future episode stills in an avatar. - Jerry

So basically anyone that is using an icon from a future ep, must remove it. Also, clarification from Jerry is that icon and arts can be posted but spoiler warnings must be set forth and when posting links to icons, please use a spoiler warnings as well. - Stacy
