I totally agree. I think dan choosing blair over serena would show blair that she's worthy of love, which she maybe hasnt felt good about herself since chuck sold her. And frankly, i feel like serena is too wrapped up in this ben thing and chuck too wrapped up in his company that its bringing DB closer so really they should blame Serena and chuck for bringing DB together. They're the catalyst.

OMG LoVe's first kiss... WOAH! But while it'd be nice to have something like that, I must say that so far GG has surprised me. I've read every fanfic of them and the actual show has surpassed my expectations, so I hope whenever they get together it's gonna be just as amazing and surprising as the rest was!

How do you guys envision their first kiss happening? If they kiss on the subway after blair runs after dan, i think i would die. For me, i think it means more for B to go after D and admit how she feels than vice versa.

I think their first kiss will be really important with regards to their popularity as a couple. I often compare Dair to Suliet from LOST, because Suliet came out of left field and became even more popular than Jate and Skate, two huge established couples that had been there from the beginning. Suliet had this scene where they kissed and exchanged ILUs*, and even though it was literally seconds long the impact that small scene had was HUGE. People jumped ship overnight. So I am really curious about the first DB scene and I hope, hope that the show does it right.

*I'm not expecting D/B to be exchanging ILU's any time soon! They just need to have this big emotional epiphany and realise that maybe they mean more to each other than they care to admit.

I actually think you've got something here. 1. Blair running after Dan, and 2. Her actually stepping foot on the metro. I never see it happening, but it would be clear she really loves Dan if she stepped out of her comfort zone to express her feelings. It might even offer a bit of humor. But I'd much rather there first kiss be else where. And not the bathroom either. It's just the season one animation made me think that like LoVe it would of been made of hotness. But it wouldn't suit the tone I want for them right now.

I wouldn't be bothered if it was just a peck, so long as it implied feelings and chemistry, and so long that what ever the interlocking storyline, it leaves things open ended for them.
