but that's actually just the language.. i study business english, but we have to study some other languages too, and i chose french.. tho most of the people in the class already studied it in HS and i started a year ago, so they all speak like shjdgsiukisfgusfg and i'm like dhgf... hjgd... dhjfg.. ghg..

and yeah, the presentations are evil

and in that subject we're actually being classified for our presenting skills and my lack of them.. yeah

wait i think i almost get it - when you hold your hand out, palm up, it's sort of like a bird's lower beak. and then the hand that hovers over it, has fingers that look like worms dangling down, and so it's like you're feeding the bird worms.

Same here, sltty. We get 4 points for writing a paper plus 6 points for presenting it. My first presentation ever at the new uni was so bad cause I was so nervous presenting in front of a new crowd, that I don't even know how I got 9/10.

I hate presenting too.

I wish there was a way to not feel nervous when presenting, but all I can come up with is like...chamomile tea or booze.

There has to be a way though...

okay, not joey bad

tho i wanted to tell the teacher that i commute to uni twice a week (like when i go there on tuesday and then go home on friday), and then my friend was like, do you know that you told him you have classes only 2 times a week? and i was like, i did?

and i'm usually nervous too, and idek why, i go drinking with those people so i know i have no reason to be nervous, but oh well

I'm only nervous when I don't really know the people yet. I had no problem presenting in HS and at my old uni.

my friend is taking these anti-depressant pills for it

but she has it ordered by her doctor since she was in some kind of accident

she told me it helps tho

presentations suck!

presenting in front of peers is way more nervewracking than presenting in front of people you don't know

for me anyway. I have to present my masters project in August and I am SO scared

It was so weird when we were being late at uni and were supposed to say "Excusez-moi, je suis en retard." It sounded like you're saying "Excuse me, I'm retarded."

And another thing, I took Croatian for two semesters cause the teacher was out of this world hot, and we were discussing everyday stuff like guys/girls, and he was like what do guys and girls do the most? Croatian and my native language are very similar, and I said they fight a lot, but the same word actually means 'fuq' in Croatian. I wanted to disappear from God's Green Earth.
