The Age of Dissonance [2x18] - Episode Discussion Thread *NEW RULE*
THE AGE OF DISSONANCE episode: 2x18 | airs on: March , 2009 EPISODE DESCRIPTION The Constance Billard and St. Jude seniors put on a production of "The Age of Innocence" and find their personal lives mirroring conflicts in the play. Serena (Blake Lively) develops a crush on the play's director, Julian (guest star Harmon Walsh), and enlists Vanessa's (Jessica Szohr) knowledge of theater to help her get the otherwise uninterested guy’s attention. Blair (Leighton Meester) receives devastating news about her future that leads her on a witch-hunt for the person responsible. Dan (Penn Badgley) and Rachel (guest star Laura Breckenridge) agree to stay away from each other in the aftermath of being discovered as more than teacher and student, but find it impossible to keep that promise. Chuck (Ed Westwick) enlists help from an unlikely source, his nemesis Carter Baizen (guest star Sebastian Stan). Chace Crawford, Taylor Momsen and Matthew Settle also star. Norman Buckley directed the episode written by Jessica Queller. RULES 1. Change in rules!!! Thaly and I are going to allow discussion to be allowed in all threads after the ep airs Sunday night in Canada. As a tester, we are going to ask you to use spoiler tags until the ep airs eastern time in the US on Monday night. If this works, we'll allow it til the end of this season. 2. As hard as it may be and if you want to make icons or art, please don't use them until the episode airs, even if we posted stills over here. 3. Since some people may not be a fan of your certain ship, try not to insult other ships, just stick to the one you like and be positive, please. Even if you hate the direction of the show or a character, in this thread, let's remember to show our fellow posters some respect, thanks. :] 4. No talk of illegal downloading, asking or commenting about it. Any posts with that topic will be deleted. 5. Commenting would be okay, but please let's not ask a million "how many scenes did "Chuck/Blair" have.
