This is actually kinda crazy great, a sketch by the series costume designer of Brenda's dress in 206! :yay:

and of her '40s get-up in 204 for the poker game!

Those are great sketches!

Amazing! Especially the second. I don't remember the purple dress though. What scene did she wear it in?

Can anyone think of a fave Brenda scene from s3? I literally cannot think of one, lol.

Me neither.

I have more than one... Blasting Kelly and Dylan when they tell her about the summer, "If it looks like a duck..." (although she's nasty there), "and our legs to uncross", almost everything in The Child Is Father to the Man, telling Brandon he is her best friend and reminiscing on their arrival to 90210 in graduation episode... Also scene with Dylan in that episode.

Oh, and in Home and Away when she tells Brandon he is great in solving problems he created at the first place

In Destiny Rides Again when he finally tells her there was someone during the summer and she says she is impressed by his integrity

Also, making up with Kelly in Wild Horses.

I love her honesty with Dylan in Castles in the Sand when she tells him about Rick, and when she tells Kelly they are going to find her a guy as great as Dylan in A Song of Myself.

When she and Andrea do the play in their summer drama class in Pass, Not Pass (206) :)

- I kinda like the one where she talks to Donna about missing their boyfriends and the idea of independence as a young girl – travelling around they world and being cultured, standing on your own. That was a great conversation between the two and it started their closer friendship.

- The eating brains scene is classic :P

- I loved that she and Dylan danced at Prom, but it's heartbreaking at the same time cause it feels like they can never go back and something's broken. Also I was mad at Kelly and will prob always be. Or the writers, to be fair.

There weren't a lot of fun storylines in that season tho. They never really regained that feeling of the gang hanging out, having fun as teen friends (like in Things To Do On A Rainy Day – just rewatched that ep and it's one of the best) Suddenly they were all 'grown up', didn't need parental guidance and were more soapy like Melrose

Right! This scarf misled me.

 Yes. It was really nice.

I am somehow not such a fan. I love Brenda in it, but I don't find Donna very funny.

I don't love that scene, for those reasons you mentioned. I do love how she tells him she hopes it was his worst year and he would never have such a bad year again. I just wish he told the same. It was not exactly easiest year for her, Dylan!

Indeed. I mean, transition to true soapiness happened in S5, but there was a turn to it in S3, with friend betrayal etc.
