I did not mind it in S1 when he auditioned for DJ because it seemed like a joke, and not very ambitious, but in S3 and S5 I really did not like it. Did not even find it entertaining.

His rapping was hit or miss with me. I did not mind it, but as a little older I find it a little cringy personally, but it’s just part of who David was!

For me it somehow did not feel like the part of who David was, the whole musical thing actually, maybe because it started only in S3 and not before. And I just realized it probably ended in S5 (rapping, that is). Camera, DJ-ing, dancing - ok. But music never felt so natural to me, IDK. And I did not like it.
