Luke was great in BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER

(He was Buffy's love interest and had great chemistry with Kristy Swanson)

He really shouldn't be gone.

Now I'm curious to see that. I loved seeing Kristy Swanson's tweet early on. I didn't know they were such pals during and after the movie, but of course.

Yes, he was a charming guy. :) :(

The movie is worth watching for their chemistry alone.

It was a decent movie. Always underrated of course, in light of the spin-off TV show gaining so much more credit.

Oh, I meant the movie "Near Dark".

I was looking at this tweet yesterday and thinking how the pic already looked wistful, like a memory/salute. Such a big heart, such a big smile.

I love that pic of him, Luke the cowboy

Okay, this gave me all the feels  :thud:  -

BUFFY the movie wasn't perfect (tonally, it was all over the place), but the chemistry between these two was amazing. :sun:

Just stab me in the heart, will you? Gosh ...

yulan 03-04-2019 01:43 PM

Such a beautiful, sad homages.

I watched him in BH90210 and 8 Seconds. When I watched him in BH90210 I always thought he was time traveled from the 1950s to the 1990s, due to his hair style and the leather jacket. Mainly, I watched for Shannen Doherty and Jason Priestly, at least from the very beginning.

However, Luke did well in the role as the love interest for Shannen's character, Brenda.

Speaking of which, here is Shannen's last Instagram post, right before the news:

 Agreed, he had a teddy boy hairstyle that was very 50's callback

The greatest 90210 scenes arguably centralized Luke, Jason and Shannen together. Season 1 was so strong in that respect.

I am so heartbroken, I really hoped he would pull through.
