Well, I'm glad to hear some other people decry the "Singles Ladies" song/vid first. Thought I'd be fried for doing so, but I don't know if I've ever heard a song be less musical or more repetitive, lol.

I actually listen to a bunch of Bossa Nova too, Vixen.

Oh, "Single Ladies" is dreadful. Redundant, and really quite offensive to the ear. I actually put it and that dance on par with "The Macarena". A really stupid fad that's become a running gag.

LOL. The Macarena is sooo much better. Although seeing my school administrators doing that in front of the entire school kind of made me think otherwise.....

Oh, that's great! Have you ever heard of Bebel Gilberto? She's the first person I listened to in that genre.

Just finished up a small Spanish essay so I haven't noticed how slow it is here. I have to go do English now, though, so I'll be poofing out again.

I was thinking Because Kanye is an "Ultra D-Bag", but that doesn't really scream "friendly atmosphere".

And yeah, the Macarena is a lot more fun than the Single Ladies dance. I can still do that one.

So, on that account I agree with Kanye. However, what he did to Taylor was very unthoughtful...

I don't like Single Ladies either. Actually, I don't think I've liked any of Beyonce's music since Destiny's Child.

Taylor's song/video is awesome. I'm glad she won.
