Well, the song the gang originally dances to is "Work It Out" by Monie Love, but, looking at those lyrics, you're probably asking about the DVD replacement song. Those are pretty much impossible to figure out.

Well, I'll be damned. The song Brandon and Carla dance to at the rec center in S1 (Culture Beat, "I Like You", Jungle mix) is by the same music group that gave us the opening of the PPit AfterDark music in S5 (Culture Beat, "Anything") ... which Brandon then kinda swayed to, lol.
