Vanessa Hudgens - With heavy hearts we announce the closure of Vanessa's board

It is with a heavy heart and our deepest regret that Caroline and I have decided that it's time to close the board. We have battled on for a very long time with so few posters and we have tried so many ways to promote the board and get new posters but it doesn't seem to have worked.

The board will close at the end of the week.

We are heartbroken but we wanted this to be our decision and not a decision that was made for us. This board has been a happy place for so many people for so many years and has bought so much joy to our lives.

We simply cannot keep battling to keep the board alive without the posters to help us do it. We have loved getting to know each and every one of our posters and cherish all the wonderful conversations we have had here over the years.

Vanessa is such an inspiration to all of us and we hope that, even when the board is gone, we can all continue appreciating her and celebrating her achievements. It has truly been an amazing 9 years in which we have achieved so much and we will be eternally proud to have been a part of it.

I've enjoyed my short time chatting with you, I have to give you a lot of credit to keeping the board going as long as you have with just 2 regular posters.

hugs to you both, you guys have done amazing and I've always loved my time here, its been wonderful over the years with everyone

wish I had been able to come by more consistently this last year or so

Have gotten to know so many different people through this board, made a lot of friends through the V fandom and so many great memories over the years

So wonderful to have been a part of here

This is truely sad

but i understand it seems like a lot of the earlier boards are closing now .. sorry to see this happen but you girls did your best for the board your hard work didnt go unnoticed

Ive loved getting to know each and everyone of you!

and some of the friendships formed through this forum and fandom will hopefully stay alive even if the board will be gone.

Its so sad and I hate that its come to this, but we just have to accept that the 'golden age' of this board has passed. May the memories live on forever! I know ill never forget all the hours ive spent on here.

This place was once my home and I had to drop by one last time before it closed.

I'm sad to see this place go. The V board was the little board that could and did. It's still the celebrity board with the highest amount of posts and the only female celebrity board to have over a million posts. It just blows my mind that this little board, who even when I used to mod it never had the biggest group of posters, but always had the most dedicated ones. So to see it voluntarily close is incredibly sad, but as a former mod of this board I also know how hard it can be to keep the discussions going in such a way that it's going to entice others to join. I have no doubt that Caroline and Mya are making the right choice for the board and for themselves. I know this can't have been an easy decision for you both but you've done a great job of keeping the board going as long as it has.

I have so many great memories from my time on this board and I'll always remember them fondly. Thanks to everyone that made this board what it was.
