Roslin really looks shocked from the previews when Lee places her on the stand. What kind of questions do you think he could have for her that would help Baltar's defense? Maybe the fact that she tried to rig the election?

but shouldn't the focus of the trial also be on what happened on Capria? or was that already addressed? I haven't seen the 2nd part of S2 yet

She needs to recover.

since she has cancer 2x does that rule her out as a cylon?

I think her cancer ruled her out for being a cylon the first time, but that's just me. I mean, when have you known a cylon to get sick?
