Unfortunately, THE scene that everyone is all atwitter about has been removed from YT already. I actually had kept the window open from when I watched it the first time, so I managed to rewatch it a few times before I decided that I'd just get a headache from watching the black bars scroll through. Definitely worth repeat viewings though.

Of course now I want freaking February to be here already. Almost five freaking months, so not fair after THAT

I'm not gonna lie, I was disappointed in the end. It was definitely good for SON/N standards, especially the idea of it, but M hyped it up WAY too much. If he hadn't have been going on and on about, I would have been happy with what we got. But he made it out to be sooo much more than what it really was. They kissed for like, 5 seconds, and it was at a horrible angle. Story of our lives, though. I'm pissed that they cut the kiss from the promo out [with the trenchcoat still one]. Boo. But Ashley's face when Spence takes it off? HILARIOUS.

Although, I'm thinking 3.09 will pick up where 3.08 left off, since Kyla was left in a pretty bad position [even though, come on, Glen is like, two whole feet away. She didn't even turn the corner before that creeper came out of nowhere], so ... And here's to hoping the webisode is Spashley! Oh, or maybe even a good Spence/Madison goodbye scene, since she didn't get to say goodbye, and they've been showing that friendship this season.

Ok, for me, that kiss and whole last scene came from out of left field. I get the whole - Ashley is wonderful for getting Paula to sac up and go to Pride - but what ever happened to an episode of lead up? Seasons 1 & 2 would have set you up for something like that so that it wouldn't be just sexy, but it would also be cute and adorable and make you tilt your head to the side and say "awwww." Don't get me wrong, I'm glad Spencer knows what she wants and is going after it but they could have at least given us something else.

And the angle! Don't even get me started on the angle. I feel like its back to the old ways of the N - hark back to the end of season one where Mandy puts her hand over their mouths. The producers of the show should know how important of a moment this is for us Spashley fans. Why won't they give us the cuteness and the sexiness Spashley deserves?

I was disappointed too. I was excepting so much more. Like "Showtime", has said M ? Hmmm... I hope we'll see that in 309. For the kiss, it was sure disappointing. Damn Spencer's hair lol But Ashley's expression was just priceless. Goofy grin fits her

I can't wait to be this Friday and see it in "clear". And I'm crossing my fingers for the webisode.

Tis true. The ending was...just okay. It wasn't as spectacular as I thought/hoped it was gonna be, but I guess that should've been expected since it's the N and all.

M mentioned that Ashley gave some sort of speech that, supposedly, we were gonna go ballistic over, but I didn't go haywired at all...except for the ending cause I was thinking, "That's it?? I can barely see their faces during the kiss!"

Gabi and Mandy are looking hella fine in this episode. TPTB, um, can Spencer get naked at least once every episode for future seasons? I loved Mandy's facial expressions! After she flashed Paula...that smile (duh, what did you guys think I was gonna say? ) after the whole, "Let's show our pride," thing...

Wow, I'm really glad I didn't hear about these interviews beforehand because I would have been even more disappointed. And what speech? M must've been getting 308 and 309 confused because Ashley definitely didn't say anything that impressed me in this episode.

But I must say, I did really like the progression of Paula and Ashley. Paula's character did a lot of growing up in this episode and I generally like her a lot more now. I knew that's where they were eventually going, but it sure took them a while to get there. I hope Paula and Ashley can be friends now.

More importantly, I'd like to see the lead up to Spencer's decision. They gave her all these other friends this season and she doesn't talk to anyone about what's going on in her head. Boo

I knew The M was exaggerating when comparisons to HBO came up. I have seen plenty of HBO to know they can get quite hardcore when depicting sex and violence. I think the looks on Ashley's face is worth watching that scene. She can't even believe what is going on. A webisode of the two of them would be nice to see. I am not gonna wonder as to why Spencer chose to have relations with Ashley. Spencer needed some action and Ashley is hot and they're teenagers which means hormones are all over the place and that equals Spencer showing up naked! at Ashley's pad.

Well, although my jaw dropped at the final scene (Ashley's too I guess!) I must say that I feel it was a little rushed.I mean comme on.Their last hot scene together was their kiss and suddenly we see naked!Spencer and GoofyGrin!Ashley.
Ok the scene itself was hot and...hmmm...very hot but I would like to see it at the end of 3B when they will probably be together.
I think that the network has the wrong idea about how to keep us happy and at least in my oppinion they have the wrong idea about intimacy.At that point in their "relationship/friendship" I feel that that last scene was kinda out of the blue.For me there are better (sweeter) ways to say thank you to someone you love or care.I don't know maybe it's just me...Maybe anoneemoss is right about hormones all over the place *wink**wink*

Yeah, but being teenagers also means emotions, hormones and implications in an act like that. It's kind of a big deal that Spencer showed up like that. And yes, it was a bit more sexual than a "hey, I forgive you completely, let's get back together" sort of thing, but it still carries a lot of baggage. And I mean it does with the viewer too. I know for me, it's not just Spencer going over to Ashley's to get some action... I feel as if those girls share a sort of love that's true. It wasn't played out as an emotional reunion scene, but it's definitely the beginning of a reconciliation.

I agree, I think we would have enjoyed the end so much more if M didn't make a big deal out of it. I still love M tho. But I'm not reading spoilers anymore, they ruin everything.

I totally agree, after watching it, and cleaning my desk ( I drooled all over the place ) I was like "wait, something's wrong". That was definitely rushed, I'd have prefered a nice little convo, see them holding hands or I dunno just a nice kiss after a little convo/speech from Ashley.
That being said, I think the last scene wasn't that bad, the kiss was too short and the angle sucked, yes, but I mean we got a bare!legs shot & naked!Spencer ppl! lol

The Ash/Paula scene at the Carlins house was for me the best part of the episode. That was sweet and unexpected (uh well for those who don't read spoilers, really I hate spoilers right now). Still, Ashley comforting Paula, whoa. It was their first real exchange, they weren't just trying to make small talk for Spencer's sake, they were just having a conversation. That's all Paula needed to see how awesome Ashley is. =)
We know that this show has major continuity issues, so...I hope they won't ruin that little bond in 3B and go like "yeah we had a moment but I still hate you", that would piss me off.

Umm, Aiden's Wherever Kyla goes, Glenn goes line got me all excited !
Glenn & Kyla are so gonna hook up, and oh, what is that, I smell...jealousy ? Aww Aiden, you know you'll always be Glenn's first love.

well I really liked this episode especially the part with paula and ashley but it wasn't like M said. I mean ashley just talked with paula about going to the pride but paula wasn't against that idea before they talked it was just that she wasn't able to attend...you know what I mean...(guess the next time I won't take the spoilers from M to seriously).

I didn't liked the part about Kyla taking drugs because we never saw something about it before, I thought she was acting like that because of the inheritance...so hope it'll be explain because rigth now... for me it doesn't make sense.

the scene with ashley and spencer was ok. I mean spencer was so cute when she was talking on the phone to ashley while sitting on the coach and ashley at that moment (woow!!) and when she oppened the door lol the look on her face !!!! I got to admit that the kiss wasn't what I expected to be because it was too fast. Spencer took off her trenchcoat and BAM!! for 7 seconds...(don't know if someone else noticed but when they were kissing mandy/ashley was giggling during the kiss or maybe it was just me) but by the way it ended (again the look on ashley's face was priceless) maybe we'll get a scene like in the morning after but DIFFERENT (I don't want one of them out of the bed you know) because I don't think that they are allowed to show them in any kind of action because of the-N so lets just hope that 3.09 is the continuation of 3.08 were it left so maybe we'll be able to see if they say something especialy spencer about why she's there because we saw ashley coming after her. Maybe Spencer is cover by the blanket (not that I wouldn't want them doing it but only to see what spencer says)

So i'll keep my fingers crossed because there's a LONG period of waiting before 3.09 ;( Hope also that M will give some info about 3B but I won't take them too seriously because like some of you I was a little bit disappointed
