I'm curious to see whether the title refers to Wilson or not.

weird title, but I love it. I don't know what they tought by that, but I'm sure it's not related to House. I think it's Wilson.

I think the title refers to the POTW who is,as is written in the description of the eppy,too nice and House thinks it's related to his illness .Of course I might not be 100% right.
And how hot is Hugh/House in that big promo pic of just his face ?!
