Or if she would come back in a final episode, but somehow only if her story is well written, otherwise I like the way it is now. Things change but we have still a wonderful memory of her time on his team

I'd like to think they would and I'm sure she's be up for it if she could fit it in with filming OUAT but the realist in me thinks they won't...

I kind of want the series finale to be about House and not about the return of someone. I love Cameron, and yeah it would be nice to mention her again or even see her, but I don't think they have enough time for a story arc....

That's true, there's not a lot of time left, I think there's only 5 eps left that they haven't filmed yet

Yes and they are writing ep 20 now....
Maybe we could do a rewatch over the summer, with all our favorite episodes of the show
