wow, she must've been hungry when that film wrapped!
 i was on a 1500cal restricted diet for a bit, and i was always hungry, i couldn't imagine 350cal, that's not even a bowl of soup. yowza!__________________

I'm sure she worked with a nutritionist thought to make sure she was okay. Even for a role though I don't like how actors/actresses do that to themselves.
Tom Hanks in "Cast Away" and Christian Bale for "The Machinist" are two that come to mind that were very extreme! |

What do you guys think of the additions I made to the OP, are the colour changes okay? I didn't want to change it too much as the previous arts were lovely but wanted to incorporate the colours of the banner I had added too.

Shai lost a lot of weight to play Hazel in TFIOS, she looked such a far cry from the vibrant, healthy girl who played Tris in Divergent. to me, as a fan of Shai, it took several years for her to look really healthy again, imo. Shai was still really thin in Insurgent and parts of Allegiant, it looked like she was returning to form finally in the Snowden film later, and appearances later in 2016 and so on. i really liked the character of Hazel in TFIOS, and i understood the cancer-patient-survivor look, but it still bothers me a bit, when actors have to do drastic weight loss for roles, especially some who never quite return to their previous looks, even if they still look great down the line. drastic weight loss always messes up your body chemistry to some degree, and the body goes into shutdown/survival mode, and later when things are normal again, the body and brain remembers that occurrence for future episodes of low calories intakes. it's just not healthy, no matter the situation. just my thoughts.
