That was a beautiful moment between them, but as we know true love has a few more obstacles in their way for a while, one of them being Richard Carlisle who showed up in this evening's episode.

Yeah Carlisle really wasn't a good enough love interest for Mary so it was easy to root for Matthew that time. Sometimes I wonder if we had both Matthew & Henry at the same time, who would Mary pick? (It's still Matthew for me.

Ha, yeah she had her bitchy moments for sure, mostly towards poor Edith, but in spite of that Michelle managed to make her likeable. and when Matthew died even more so. |
