All I remember is him picking up the GG award when he lost his hair, with Jennifer there. I think it was a bit earlier, but I'm not a 100% sure.

January 2010 when he got sick... Late 2010 there was the news of a full recovery.
According to IMDB in late November 2010 was the S4 premiere, though I'm not sure if that was filmed before he got sick or after (or during?) :shrug: S5 is without a doubt after his sickness..
