I love Cate. She's one of my fav's. I so glad that there's a thread dedicated to her. I adored her in Bandits, Elizabeth(of course) and Heaven. First class acting.

I loved her in Elizabeth (My first Cate movie and one of my favorites), Bandits, and The Talented Mr. Ripley.
I was watching Elizabeth just the other day. It's fantastic for me because I love Tudor history as well... It's funny because my sister has only seen Cate in LOTR. She wasn't impressed then and kept saying how she didn't like Cate. When we watched Bandits, she kept commenting on what a wonderful actress the lead female was. Cate is the best actress of her generation. Period.
She was robbed of that Oscar for Elizabeth  Q - What was the first movie you saw her in? I first saw her in Oscar & Lucinda with Ralph, which I adored  __________________

I saw Hedda Gabler last Monday - Cate and co were simply superb in it
It actually made me think back to when I saw her on stage almost 10 years ago before she became big and thought wtf did I shut down my site to her a few years later It's made me reconsider that decision lately Oh well 3rd time I've seen Cate and she's just as good now as she was 10 years ago! __________________

The reason there's so many problems with religion in the world is because people take literally what were symbolic elements. They all believe the same thing essentially and yet they're willing to die about the details.

Cate. She's so talented, I really liked her in Bandits, The Talented Mr Ripley and Elizabeth. She's so beautiful, in an elegant way too, she doesn't need so much make-up like some stars does these days. Yeap, I love her.In fact, Bandits is one of my favourite moments.
