You don't like it but a fanfiction writer like Arinna could've pulled it off better than the Heroes writers did in Volume 3.

Yep, Angela didn't want Nathan to be suspected of a homicide so she covered the whole thing up.

The Haitian wiped Nathan's memory of the accident.
