Casper the Friendly Ghost is coming back to television in a brand new incarnation reminiscent of Riverdale‘s darker interpretation of the Archie comics. Peacock is developing Casper, a live-action, horror/adventure series, which reimagines the origin of Casper in a coming-of-age story that explores what it means to be alive. Set in high school, Casper is written/executive produced by The Ghost Bride head writer Kai Yu Wu. Yes I do, Dave. I have a lot of DVDs, I just need a new DVD player. I have episodes of Friends, Miami Vice, Moonlighting, The X-Files, Star Trek, 24, Battlestar Galactica, Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Angel, The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries, and a few other shows. My DVD's still have all the special features because I bought them a long time ago. The newer ones are limited, I know, because they're trying to get everyone to switch to Blu ray.

So is mine. Look up Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia and you'll see what I mean. It's a nasty intersection.

I wish there were still places to get electronics like in the 1980s. I remember stores that were nothing but TVs, VCRs, stereos, computers, etc. I miss Radio Shack.

radio shack was too expensive...but a good store to get specific items needed that other stores didn't sell

That's true. They also didn't treat their employees well.

I actually did get a lot of TVs and VCRs from Kmart. I also liked Sears and Strawbridge's electronics section. But then Strawbridge's got bought by Macy's and they got rid of the downstairs electronics department.
