Got back yesterday from attending an elopement wedding in Atlanta :P

No, my friend called me on Thursday night @ around 1AM and told me that she was getting married the next day and to pack a bridesmaid dress and make a wedding cake. Basically they knew that they were going to elope but didn't tell anyone :hammer_head:

oo wow so you were like going :crazy: werent you.. how did you manage to make the cake and fly there on time hehe

I stayed up late to bake the cake ... it took four hours because I had to decorate it w/ fondant so I didn't finish until 6, book the airline ticket and flew out with slept on the plane, holding the cake in my hand... I was stopped briefly by airport security but they let take the cake with me aboard the airplane :lol:

well glad you could bring the cake! it would have sucked if they didnt allow you

they watched the hitcher earlier.. then my mom was decided from my collection which movie to watch..

she felt like watching romance.. i told her the movie was sad.. but she went with it.. :lol:

it was either that or becoming jane or last king of scotland she was up against..

im just glad she choose atonement.. because james' behind is showing in the other two movies :blush:

I offer to buy her the wedding cake once I get to Atlanta..I was too tired and wanted to sleep instead :lol: It was the lightest I ever packed for a trip, a dress, a change of clothes, underwear, heels, and a cake :lol:

That was my first Las Vegas styled wedding... Thank goodness it was a regular minister and not some of Elvis impersonator :P

my mom didnt say much when she watched Penelope with me.. i wonder if she realized thats the same guy in all those movies :lmao:
