it didn't go well.... my blood preasurre was a little higher than they wanted it to be....but I'm also very stressed about a Mask Mandate coming for my whole State for everyone...no exceptions! anywhere for anyone, I'm gonna monitor my blood preassure at this store that I go to. It's usually under 130 there. Also I have to stop being an idiot and stop eating a heavy dinner before Dr. appt... |

I hope you can get your blood pressure down. Yeah, I'm trying to knock off the eating as well. I'm trying to lose weight in my gut. I'm skinny everywhere else, but the belly needs some work. But don't worry, if you work at it you can be healthier. I'm gonna work at it too. Phillies are losing to the Cubs, 7-0, so I'm done with them. I'm betting on Washington beating the Giants tonight. __________________
