Okay I have a few, but I can't remember all of them right now, but one was in S4 when Derek was showing Mark his land, another one was also in s4 when Mark was like "i thought it would just be you and me" and Derek was like "having sex?" The look on Derek's face just kills me!

Oh oh and in S7 was it? When Mark was holding Sophia and standing outside of Zola's room with Derek and Mark's like "Sophia this is Zola's Daddy." or something like that. I think that moment was very underrated to be honest! I need caps!

I really liked the one were Mark told Derek "He came to Seattle to get him back" .

and the one where Derek tricked Mark with earless boy, that was very funny. I really loved the brothers interaction and the joking side of their relationship. Their golfing in S6 was pretty nice too, particularly I liked the one from epi 6x21

YAAAAS. I forgot about the earless boy! S4 had a lot of Derek/Mark goodies! Love how they just used to playfully shove each other around!

The chemistry between Patrick and Eric was amazing! I think mark and Derek's friendship balanced out the other relationships on the show ..
