Michael's Tattoo #2 - "Oh, it's *another* tattoo thing"
Last thread here!
Quote taken from Paul Scheuring about it being used as a plot device. Carry on! Does Lincoln have any tattoos? I only ever remembered seeing Tweener's LG tattoo. |

I wonder if there's anything more to that tattoo that will come out by the season 2 finale...or even in season 3...

Who knows..It was such a great device to use on the inside, but now..if he desperately needs some information he'll find a way to get it. He doesn't need the tattoo so much now. I spose if it was deathly important to remember something, something symbolic perhaps, we'd see him refer to it again. I hope so anyway, that thing is so bloody nifty.

The tattoo made an appearance in this week's episode.
The whole "Christina Rose 617" thing. Personally I was glad to see it again Havent seen it in a few episodes. __________________

Me too Kayla, it was nice to see that it was somewhat still in play and to see Mahone going crazy over it trying to figure it out...just insane.

I was actually very upset with season 2 when they stopped showing the tattoo. It had kind of become its own character and I missed it...

Hey all I have a really stupid question. Why is Michaels last name Scofield and Lincs' Burrows ?? they had the same Dad.

Actually I was wondering that, too, and the only explanation I have is that their parents got divorced and Michael took his mother's maiden name.

I think Michael has his mother's last name because his father left them when he was very young. He had no attachment to him so I guess he was just given his mother's last name.

Michaels father left when he was young, so like Kayla said, Michael took his Mom's maiden name while Linc took his fathers.

Aww, what a great use of the tattoo. I wish I hadn't asked now.. I'd have loved to've believed his mother was still alive, even though I bet I'd have still been skeptical. Ignore me next time I ask you to tell me what's happening.

Ignore you? Will do!!
It was a great use for the tattoo. Seriously, everytime the writers come up with something, I'm impressed. __________________

Well, not in general...just in terms of spoilers...*sniff* surely you couldn't ignore your TWIN.
I agree. If I was Mahone I'd have thought that was too easy for it to just be a symbol of his love for his mother. Surely he'd have thought there was more to it..what did Mahone think it was in reference to? |
