I thought this episode had a few more laughs.

As a dog lover...LOVED the cold opening. BUT then Oscar...taping it back up.

Jeff getting Dwight to volunteer helping downstairs. Dwight's reaction. LOVE them.

I think this episode brought closure to why Darryl didn't get the job.

It sure did. Glad to see that.

Overall I liked this ep more than last week's which is a plus.

Some laughs and little cute moments.

I liked how there seemed to be more Jim/Pam moments...don't know if that is a fact just seemed like it.

I am SO glad that Andy put Darryl in his place, because Michael never could. He handled it perfectly. I couldn't believe when Darryl was saying, "I deserved to be manager, give me your job" - like, wow. I'm really proud of Andy.

The warehouse stuff, with the grease. Kinda stupid. I found the Erin/Kevin pairing funny. Jim/Dwight did nothing for it. The gang talking about winning the lotto was just ok. First "meh" episode of this season.

Definitely some good laughs in this episode, but it was missing something key that took me a while to put my finger on... hmmm, after some thought I think this was the first episode where Michael Scott's absence was really evident, and the chemistry of the office was lacking. The staff needs an eccentric authority figure like Robert California or M. Scott to tie it all together. Andy is too meek and not dynamic enough to fill the shoes alone. It's uninteresting w/o such a character and turns into a banal comedic soap opera.

I miss Michael's presence too. I hope this is the last season; not much besides that that can be done though.
