This character is such a great example about what is so great about The Office. She's so well developed in a just a few little scenes, interviews and one-liners. She and Ryan crack me up.

I guess I never put it together that Kelly was played by Mindy - that's very cool
 It's like how Tina Fey was/is the head writer on SNL, but also a major player  Go Mindy! |
