Faith my weekend was hella busy but I managed to get in some online fun my sis party was yesterday and I got wasted but then realized I was driving then it was not so fun, had to wait around and dance my ass off to bring down the buzz

Sadia thanks for opening a new thread.
Had a good weekend, but it was far too short..on Saturday I went out bowling with some friends, I totally sucked, but it was a lot of fun though.
Yesterday we created our t-shirts for the carnival next week. We´ll be going as Tequila girls.

Tammy, I suck at bowling too, so I tend to avoid it whenever possible What carnival are you going to? It sounds fun!

My weekend was fairly average, I had work on Saturday which was boring, and yesterday I just relaxed at home. I'm meeting a friend today, we're going to go see Role Models and The Wrestler, woot! It's snowing outside so it's a perfect day to spend in the cinema

Hey Sadia!

In Germany it´s a tradition that there´s carnival every year some day at the end of January and beginning to the middle of February.
But you can´t compare it with the carnival of Rio. We just have some carnival parties. And me and my friends we dress up all the same. Last year we´ve been Garbage misses, Clouds, cheerleaders and many more. As we are 5 girls, it´s funny for the others that we all look the same.

It was easy. We just dressed up in blue and white and you know those fluffy pads you use for cleaning your face? we put them on our shirts and jeans.
And in Germany we have a joghurt that´s called "cloudy" so we put the lid on our stuff,too. Oh actually I have a pic somewhere, I´ll search it and PM you.

Hey girls, I am off work today, its MLK day and tomorrow Obama's inauguration I am glad to be part of this historical event ppl from all over has come to witness this, its really joyous to see both young and old tearful as they said its something they never expected to happen in thier life time, finally something for us to cling too with the current economy crisis.

Sadia I am proud of myself for being responsible, never drive while drunk or intoxicated I can not even fathom putting others lives in jeopardy including my own.

It was already in our news today and it really sound like everybody is absolutely excited.
It´s a lot of fun. My friend will take many pictures and if you like, I could post them then. Just to have a look how ridicilous we look with sombreros on our heads and bright green leggins.

Hey girls! I'm back, and all full from dinner. Both movies were awesome, Role Models was actually really funny and sweet all at the same time, and The Wrestler was so depressing! But a really good, gritty drama, Mickey Rourke's performance was excellent. Wow.

Tammy, the costumes sound genius! I'd love to see a pic if you could find one, that'd be awesome!

Jaye, I've been hearing about the inauguration and it makes me really excited aswell! I can't believe it's finally happening, it's going to be a momentous occasion. I'm really happy for you guys!

You have a good outlook on drinking and responsibility too, that's great, especially when so many other people here I know generally tend to not give a crap.
