I was shocked too because it was pretty short. But I got used to it eventually and when her hair grew a bit, she looked great.

Yes i remember that than i remember her tweet about why she did it and made me think wow imagine not being able to do anything with your own hair ?that would be hell im glad she did it for herself

She waited until she was done with HP before cutting her hair. She can't really wear a wig to play Hermione if she wanted to cut her hair that short during filming for HP.

Which is good cause you can tell when they wear wigs and it doesnt always look good

Yes she did wait until afterwards to cut her hair. It did help her get away from being Hermione.

Her hair cut short was definitely a surprise but I think she has that face to pull off any hairstyle whether short or long.
