Jesus of Suburbia Video Discussion
Directed by: Samuel Bayer |
personally I wasn't really a fan of this video, I think they were trying to push the boundaries with it, which I'm all for, but maybe they went a little too far...
I love this video because I just love it! :P lol It's so strong, so emotional! And it really made me think when I saw it! I think they did a great job with this video! :)
I think that the video did justice to the song. It went pretty far and pushed the limits but I think that the song itself does the same thing.
Yeah
I think that the song pushed a lot of boundaries with references to drugs, alcohol, sex etc. so if the video didnt do the same then it wouldnt have made sense
Yeah that's true! I love the video! I think it's really good!
If you post the fans of the video add me! ;) lol |
Its sad that his video didnt get a lot of airplay because of the fact that its so risque
I like the video. I thought in some spots it did go a little far but other then that it was great. As for it bot gettibg a enough air time, this is true. I never saw it on tv. What I did was wait for it to be on 'On Dmand' with our cable company and watched it then. But the stupid cable company then edited it 2 weeks later. They took out the first 3 or 4 mins of it.
I think its really sad that such a greatly put together video that has a lot of controversy in it just didnt get the time on tv that it deseved.

I don't think I've ever seen it on MTV or VH1.
i think i saw it on TV once and i watch all of those stations...
It was only ever really on FUSE because they aren't so strict in what they air.
I think the video was great and it didn't so 'too far', it just went where everyone else was afriad to go and let us see alot of peoples reality. The song was amazing and the video wasn't a let down. I think it was one of their best. |
