I think it's too soon. And I don't really love the idea of different actors playing the children parts for each book/season/whatever. It worked with the movies because they kept the same actors throughout a long period of time. We watched them age.

I can see them doing that. Which then kinda takes the specialness away from watching one group of kids getting to grow in the roles.
The only good thing I can imagine coming out of this is hiring adult actors that fit the age Lily/James/Lupin were actually supposed to be. Since the original movies hired actors who were too old. __________________

It will be interesting. At least the show can go into more depth of the story and not be edited so severely like the films.
