Whitney gets a last-minute chance of a lifetime -- a show at New York Fashion Week. After the chaos and fanfare subsides, Whitney has more than ever to do to prove herself as a designer. First up is creating a new line for the new season, and learning from Kelly Cutrone how to promote herself and her brand. She's still got Roxy in her corner, and Roxy owes her, both for a place to crash and the job at People's Revolution. But Roxy is learning that she's too strong-minded to live in Whitney's shadow.

At ELLE Magazine, Olivia and Erin are tasked by Joe Zee to find some way to get along. However, their competition is far from over as Olivia is offered an on-camera job by Joe. But Erin is at the top of her game, and sees through Olivia now more than ever. While climbing the ladder at one of the largest fashion magazines in the world, these two girls are about to discover there's only room for one at the top.

aww, overwhelmed whit </3 aww, love how kelly takes the time to talk to whit and see how she's doing and everything. loved that moment between them!
whit looks so pretty in the model casting scene! love her hair and all! i love how we're seeing kelly alot! lol, oh roxy just got owned lol.
cute clothes from whit's line! and whit looked adorale herself! aww, i'm glad everything went well for whit!
i loved the last scene with whit and kelly <3 AWWW! tears from Kelly Cutrone <3 haha

wonder how things will go will erin and olivia and if she takes joe's advice of going out with her lol. kind of doubt it though lol.
i feel bad that joe has to deal with them and the fighting lol.
eta: wow, i was wrong lol. they did go out [erin and olivia] lol! i'm glad they're just trying to make things work.

Erin looked uncomfortable with Joe and Robbie

She was so proud of Whitney

I really hope Olivia and Erin can be civil with each other now

first off...the kelly/whit scene was love. i adore the way kelly is around whitney. she has been so good to her. i got a little teary eyed.

and well, olivia is my love. and i want her hair. haha.
