I never thought I'd say that I freakin love Lucifer so freakin much.
If Metatron is everything you hate about a villain, Lucifer is a villain created and acted to perfection. It's not often that you can cry with the Devil, laugh at his jokes, see him slaughter gods and still want to hug him a few minutes later, see his side so thoroughly that you almost want him to succeed. __________________

I love that Mark and the spn production didn't have Lucifer be baseless evil. He felt like a real person. An archangel. He had reasons for doing the evil things that he did and even though he was in the wrong it was less unfathomable than say a human psychopath/sociopath that harms people just because they can. To judge Lucifer for being indifferent to the suffering of humans you would have to judge humans for being indifferent to the suffering of animals.

I miss Lucifer. I liked how they made him so complex and not just your typical one-sided evil you'd expect. In fact I saw him more so as a sensitive and vulnerable victim. In season...6? (when the wall breaks in Sam's head and he taunts him) I found it inappropriately hilarious, like he was now the comic relief of Supernatural.

I liked Lucifer too, I really enjoyed that character and how he has so many layers. He was a fun Devil.
