I'm not even sure she is an angel as she claims - I mean, she had to introduce herself to Castiel, didn't we establish before that angels automatically recognize each other? So why didn't Cas recognize her or know her?

I read a theory and I think it might be true here - I think she's one of the Fates - remember when Balthazar and Cas were going after Atropos and she said she's got two sisters bigger and badder? What if this is some revenge scheme, the Fates now running heaven because they got tired of waiting around being told what to do?

Anyways, evil one needs to die!
