"The Real Ghostbusters"


Super fan Becky (guest star Emily Perkins) uses Chuck's (guest star Chuck Benedict) phone to trick Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) into attending a Supernatural fan convention, complete with fans dressed up as Sam and Dean.

One of the activities is a live action role playing game, but things quickly turn sour after a real ghost appears on the scene.

Jim Conway directed the episode with teleplay by Eric Kripke and story by Nancy Weiner.

I am looking forward to this ep but...I really want things to get more serious now. :pout: If I didn't know 5.10 was coming I would be getting worried.

I love it when the show goes meta but they should really tone it down a little IMO. The bit is starting to go a little overboard.

That being said this seems like it could be fun :D

Knowing what 5x10 is about, I'm ready for 5x9 as I like to enjoy any light or funny episodes before the main arc kicks back in. :nod:

exactly! with episode 10.... and the storyline... i'm happy we're getting this episode in between the major hit of last episode and episode 10 :nod: it's a nice bumper!

me too, i love it when the show goes meta, and i'm sure 5.10 is gonna be super angsty, so another break from the angst is nice :nod:

Hmm...I'm not sure...I don't know how he'll fit in the story, if he is.
