Dean (Jensen Ackles) pressures Sam (Jared Padalecki) into visiting Cicero, Indiana, so he can visit an old flame named Lisa (guest star Cindy Sampson), he had a tryst nine years ago. However, Dean is stunned when he meets not only Lisa again, but also her 8-year old son Ben (guest star Nicholas Elias), who bears a striking resemblance to him.

However, Ben soon goes missing and Sam and Dean discover that a Changeling, a demonic parasite, is snatching kids from the small town and assuming their form. Meanwhile, Ruby (Katie Cassidy) makes contact with Sam and reveals some startling information about his mom.

Phil Sgriccia directed the episode written by Sera Gamble.

Sounds like a good episode - I'm looking forward to finding out a bit more about Ruby actually. Not sure about the Dean + kid thing, that's such an annoying storyline that's been done so many times. I hope Sera's done something different with it.

Me too. Right now I'n just so curious about Ruby and what part she'll play. I mean first of all is she good or evil?

And ofcourse I'm hoping that it's not Deans kid. They wouldn't do that to us would they?

Probably not. The guy's only got a year to live, surely that's enough of a b!tch without adding a kid into the mix as well. :rolleyes:

I'm sure I could put my mind at rest about this with some kind of spoiler but I'm determined not to crack this season :lol:

I've just spent the last month looking at s1 and s2 and it's hard just having one episode a week. But I'm also trying not to read any spoilers. But it's hard especially with this storyline and Ruby.

First off Can not wait for this episode! That Kid better not be Dean's!

I hear ya! I watched both seasons in less than a week before the season 3 premiere, it is so hard for me to only have one episode a week now... Good thing i despise everything about spoilers, or i would so be cracking right now.
