101 "Pilot" Episode Discussion
"Pilot"
Tuesday, September 13th 9pm EST SAM AND DEAN WINCHESTER FIGHT A WOMAN IN WHITE IN THE SERIES PREMIERE - Two brothers, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles), witness their mother's paranormal death as children and grow up trained to fight by a distraught father who wants nothing more then to hunt down the thing that killed his wife. Sam escapes to college to start a new, normal life, but gets pulled back in after Dean shows up on his doorstep to tell him their father is missing. Following clues from an eerie phone message from him, the boys travel to a small town and encounter a vengeful spirit called the "Woman in White" who then starts to haunt Sam. Eric Kripke wrote the episode directed by David Nutter. ~~~~~~~~~ If you've seen the Pilot early, please remember no discussing the content of the episode until AFTER the episode has aired. Thanks! |

I totally FREAKED out Saturday. They were predicting Ophelia could hit us (still could, infact.. *points out window* See them there clouds. Yeah. That's her.) The Weather Channel even has someone at the beach here. ANYWAY! They were predicting a Tuesday landfall. And I SPAZZED. I just knew that since it was the night of TV I'd been waiting for since LAST season that it would hit and knock the power out and I'd be screwed. So I put a post on my LJ asking the people on my friends list if any of them would be willing to save it for me just incase. I got two people who are DVR/Tivo-ing it (They were anyway) and should I need it they can copy it to tape.
So yeah. I'm really hoping the new forcast is more accurate. 'Cause now it's weaker, and they're saying it stalled too long it's going to be LATE Tuesday Night (like near midnight)/ Wednesday Morning before it hits, and it may hit farther north of us. (or just skim the coast) __________________

Aww, Ash, I hope everything will be okay. All these hurricane warnings are freaky! And i hope you get to see SN! I just saved the whole Pilot from the stream at Yahoo for my sisters to watch since I cant d/l the best version from torrents in this hotel. So im gonna watch it again with them tomorrow.

Ooo.....I can't wait to share my thoughts on the pilot. I too have seen it, a couple months ago, and have been anticipating for this show to start for a while now. I'm so excited!

Sonya yeah I think the Pilot airing today will be the same one Yahoo showed, since it was a sneak peak of it.
