Sleater-Kinney is an American rock band that formed in Olympia, Washington, in 1994. The band's lineup features Corin Tucker (vocals and guitar), Carrie Brownstein (guitar and vocals), and Janet Weiss (drums). Sleater-Kinney is a key part of the riot grrrl and indie rock scenes in the Pacific Northwest. The band is also known for its feminist and left-leaning politics. Discography Links |
Holy crap! I didn't know they reunited! I loved them so much. Their friendship with Pearl Jam is how I found out about them in the early 2000s. Loved them since! Going to listen to that new album now!
Edit: I have since started listening to their new album and am loving it! I'm only half way through the first song, Price Tag, but I'm loooooving it! Thanks for the heads up! |

Price Tag, No Cities to Love, Bury Our Friends, A New Wave, No Anthems, Fade, Hey Darling... um, basically all the songs :love: :D |
