It was announced earlier today that Tanya Tucker, Patty Loveless, and songwriter Bob McDill are the newest members of the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Country singer Hal Ketchum would've hit 70 years old today if his passing had not taken place on November 23, 2020.

Go here for the latest concerning Jason Aldean. I pray that things went better for him last night in Saratoga Springs. To me, all summertime outdoor concert stages should include a good air conditioning system that is placed in front of the singers.

Before I share something new, I have to share an earlier clip first. My newest musical discovery is a person that I never knew of until last month, but as I've come to know more about him, I have learned that he has been around for at least five years now. Maybe some of you here have heard of him. His name is Mason Ramsey and a clip going viral of him singing "Lovesick Blues" from Hank Williams Sr. in the middle of a Wal-Mart store is how it all got started for him. This first clip here is a video and song from him at age 12 that was released in 2019 and to me, it couldn't be anymore awesome!
The next two clips are what we get from Mason now at age 16. The first song was written by him and released on June 30th and the second song was released just two weeks ago. In my opinion, there can never be too much Mason from both now and his earlier years. I can't wait for whatever comes next from him, I love him so much!!! God bless you and Mason always!!! The newest person to go on is musical legend Jimmy Buffett. So far, it has not been said yet what sickness was on his plate. He was 76. I love the following duets that Jimmy did in country music.
"Margaritaville" with Alan Jackson "Hey Good Lookin'" with George Strait, Alan Jackson, Clint Black, Kenny Chesney, and Toby Keith "Trip Around The Sun" with Martina McBride (I play this every year on my birthday.) After 40 years, this butt kicking band still hasn't gone anywhere which is only awesome news to me. This new video from them was just released.

My newest favorite, Mason Ramsey that is, just released a new song.
God bless you and him always!!! Holly P.S. This new song takes me back to one of my favorite singers who isn't here anymore. My favorite from way back started getting played in 1965. Billy Joe Royal is his name, and this song sounds like it could've been from his first album. __________________
