Sigh... I just love dealing with Cisco's Web site. The number of broken or misdirected links (including circular links that just redirect back to the page that the link is on) is astounding. For any given page that I'm looking for, I have to use Google to find it. I very much get the impression sometimes that the whole Web site is just there to lure you into talking to a salesperson, as it constantly pops up dialog boxes asking you to chat.

Aw, poor you. It must be US specific. The other half worked for them and except them being extremely bureaucratic he said they had a good quality process in place.
