How many more signatures are needed before the petion is submitted to ABC? I think 10,000 is probably enough. That's an amazing number in such a short period of time.

I know the person who started it and she said she wants a bit more. 10556 is a lot, but it could be more. Though, I kind of hope she sends it soon. Still, I've written to ABC, CW, and Sci-fi. As have many others.

I saw this posted on the official forum, a quote from an article about ABC's new schedule

We also need to write and ask The Sci-Fi Channel to pick Invasion up!

There is a good chance that Sci-Fi could be interested in picking Invasion up, because they picked up Stargate SG-1 after it was cancelled several years ago. But Sci-Fi will need to know that people would watch Invasion if they picked it up. So, If anyone wants to write to the Sci-Fi Channel, here is the address:

Oh, I've already got my letter all ready to send and I've emailed the Sci-fi channel. There are strong rumors that the channel will be reairing season one during the summer to 'see what happens'. Personally, I think the Sci-fi channel is the best bet for getting Invasion back on the air for a second season.

There is still hope that ABC might change its mind or another network picks up the show. Please sign the petition and write letters. Letters are particularly important, networks take them very seriously.
