Caroline Julian Appreciation Thread  Patricia Belcher  ★ Patricia was born in Helena, Montana. She has made many appearances in films, including: The Number 23, Unknown, Jeepers Creepers, Heartbreakers, (500) Days of Summer and Shuffle with TJ Thyne and Tamara Taylor. ★ She also has made appearances in television series, including Boston Legal, The Jake Effect, Twins, The Proud Family, Sister, Sister and Still Standing, Community as a cafeteria worker. ★ Belcher has a recurring role as attorney Caroline Julian on Bones. ★ She is also now acting in a role as Mrs. Dabney in the new Disney Channel series Good Luck Charlie. ★ Belcher has also done TV commercials for products, including for Staples and Time Warner, as well as for the American Cancer Society. Caroline Julian  ★ Caroline is a prosecutor and works in the U.S. Attorney's office. ★ Her first appearance was in the first season episode, "The Man in the Morgue". ★ She has a slight Southern accent and calls people "cherie", indicating a New Orleans background. ★ She is characterized as having eccentric person style. ★ Her personal vehicle is an AMC Gremlin with leopard print accents to the interior. I love Caroline, she was such a great character, but sometimes I think she was very under-rated or under-appreciated...Bones has a lot of strong female characters like Brennan, Angela and Cam, but I think they tend to get all the attention and glory most of the time, while Caroline is usually ignored or doesn't get even nearly enough credit that she deserve. Caroline is a very strong female character too and I think she is equally as inspirational as Brennan, Angela and Cam, and she deserves a lot more credit and appreciation than she's actually getting (which is barely any at all).

I think it's probably because Caroline was only a supporting character while Brennan, Angela and Cam were all main characters, so they were in every episode while Caroline wasn't, so she often gets overlooked. I think sometimes supporting characters tend to be under-rated or under-appreciated and overlooked compared to the main characters. But it really disappoints me to see Caroline so under-appreciated and overlooked, she was an awesome character, she was so strong and intelligent and like you said, she didn't take crap from anyone, she was just as much a good role model as Brennan, Angela and Cam.

Yeah, I guess that could be the reason why. She was definitely such a strong character and she was a nonsense type of person.
