Yes it really was. One of the most powerful one.

It meant something and I am glad the show was able to present it. And the different viewpoints.

I re watched this episode on 9/11.

BlackWhiteRose 11-13-2019 12:20 PM

I rewatched it last night. Great group episode with all the squints.
Of course Fisher was my favourite.
I was 19 btw. when 9/11 happend but I`m not American. I only remember I watched a TNG episode on that day and they suddenly interrupted the program and I was very bitter about that.

One of my favorites. For something truly serious, and a tribute in it's own way to horrible day in the history of life. I loved how they started with humor. The squint-terns were so sure that was the body, only for Brennan to wave it off with some silly explanation, and bring them to storage.

Only for the real message of the show to appear. You got to see what the day meant to everyone, and they were all different, and then how it impacted Booth and Brennan in the end.

Love the episode.

I am also not American. I am Canadian. But I remember that day well. I was out just going to appointments, and I didn't really get it until I came home and saw the television. And saw the fallout, and the paranoia in all corners. It was a dark time. And this episode captured it.

This episode is one of my favorites. I like how they dealt with 9/11 and how it showcased all of their stories of that day. It was very emotional.

I remember that day well too. I was in high school and found out in my fourth period history class. It was a very scary day.

Very well done episode and it captured the emotions of everyone.

Love this one. Very powerful. As you saw it through their eyes. Those young, and those with more experience.

Truly a hero. All he wanted was recognition for his friends, and ended up saving lives.

Loved that they thought they were solving that chainsaw death and Brennan batted it was as a drunken game, and assigned them to a very different task. I liked how they were competing with each other before they saw how deadly serious Arastoo's case was...

A very emotional episode. It was one of he bonus episodes that was filmed at the conclusion of Season 7, and aired during Season 8. I am glad they did it.

It was an emotional episode and I loved hearing all of the stories of what they went through that day.

The guy truly was a hero he saved all of those people.

Jasper1975 05-14-2020 10:35 AM

He truly was. And I am glad his family got to know, and especially his son.

msstock87 05-14-2020 03:21 PM

Yes I am glad his family finally got to know and he got the funeral he deserved.

Jasper1975 05-15-2020 10:43 AM

Knowing always makes it better even if he still left. Still at least the son knew.

msstock87 05-19-2020 08:58 PM

Yes knowing what happened gives her a little closure.

A favorite episode. Such a powerful episode. A look at 9/11. Seeing majority of the squints together. It was one of the extra episodes they had filmed at the conclusion of the previous episodes, and put into the season. I believe they wanted all the squints, but Carla's Daisy was not available.

So, I guess they had put Clark in even though he had now had a fulltime job at the Jeffersonian.

Sad to see it took so long for the victim to be found out to be a hero of that day.

And to want to get his friends a medal, and I am sure they did get it. If Booth had anything to say about it.

msstock87 03-14-2022 05:09 PM

This was one of my favorite episodes too. I loved hearing everybody’s 9/11 stories. It was very emotional.
