This ep was funny and at the end, a little scary.

SPOILER ALERT

The hole in the floor of the restaurant is still expanding. oh my...not good.
that Eleanor is also trying to help Jason-the end where she says "I'm finally the
smartest kid in class."
Now, how can I put this nicely-Jason is a stoner who is a couple fries short of a happy meal. I just about lost it when he said something about try-outs and cheerleaders - for the "school"
Overall, I enjoyed it but don't get why the hole is expanding-Eleanor did that to SAVE Jason, so technically she was trying to do something good, in her way. Right?

right. thats what i was thinking... technically she is being a 'good' person. shes trying to save someone... who is too dense to know he needs saving really. and she said really nice things about chidi too, and meant it. so, the sinkhole, i guess, is actually tied to something else? maybe?

also, Tahani's line "my hair is barely cascading down my shoulders"

Maybe the hole was caused by Jason and not by what Eleanor did. Hmmm.

i dont see why it would still be growing if it was because eleanor smashed the cake. so there has to be something more far reaching then that.

On Sat. they reaired all 4 eps at once. It was AWESOME!
The scene where Tahani says she will try silence, and then she can't be quiet
for even 1 minute-and says that was refreshing And the look Jainyu gives her is priceless!

the "bud hole" joke was my favorite part of that episode and the gif of eleanor shushing jason is hilarious

also i like the theory that maybe he was the one who caused that sink hole instead of eleanor, because when he broke his vow of silence, he started being himself instead of who everyone thinks he is and of course it messed up the balance. and he seems even less reluctant to try being a good person than she was, so it sounds logical enough to me!

you know... come to think of it. im starting to wonder about half the people in this neighborhood... some are shallow, others filled with their own self importance, even chidi - as lovely as he is, feels that he is better then eleanor because he is all about the 'ethics'. what if this isnt a version of heaven at all? but rather an opportunity at some form of redemption? like a place to work through your failings and come out better at the other end? for instance chidi is now not doing something that is essentially ethically correct by keeping the 'mistakes' from michael, but he is doing the 'good' thing in trying to help Eleanor and Jason. which is something that could actually earn him his spot in the real 'good place'?

im going deep here... i think i better stop

now that would be a huuuge twist, but i kind of like it. plus whenever they talked about how the show is different and keeping it interesting, there was mention of things not being as they seem and a lot of unexpected turns, so who knows?
