^ I agree. Since they played off each other really well, I always loved it when they interacted on the show.

Me too, even if it wasn't planned that way, the writers must have seen their energy onscreen & known that they needed to give them more together

^ I'm sure that's what happened with Zay and Smackle. When you see a special magic between two characters, the best thing TPTB can do is to give that magic plenty of love and space to shine. I think TPTB would have continued giving them their moments to shine.

Zay/Smackle moments were always so sweet. It seemed like TPTB made sure to give them some love every once in a while, because they knew that their dynamic was so fun to explore.

^ Exactly. I would have loved it if we had gotten to see Zay partner with Smackle for a class project. It would have been interesting to see how their different working styles would have meshed together.

Yeah, that would have been pretty cool, I bet they would have learned a lot from each other

^ I think so too. Even though I imagine it would not have seemed like it when they were working on their project, I'm sure it would have hit them weeks or months after they turned in their project how much they had learned from each other.
