^ She did. I think Katy only consulted Topanga about the cafe when things were really, really bad and/or Katy didn't know what to do. I can't imagine that happened often. Katy knew how to figure thngs out on her own. That's why Topanga brought her in.

I wouldn't surprised if Katy was a bit low on confidence at first & probably went to Topanga when she didn't really need to early on, but I'm sure she settled in quickly

^ I can see that. It must have been overwhelming at times for Katy, but Topanga's vote of confidence definitely made all the difference.

I'm sure it did, knowing that Topanga believed in her, would have helped Katy to believe in herself

^ I think so too. Topanga knew exactly who she wanted to help her manage Topanga's. I just hope they didn't let business mess with their friendship.

^ Yeah. They built their friendship over many years and they had a lot of love for and trust in each other as a result of that friendship. I think they would have made sure they kept those thoughts in mind when they found themselves on the verge of a conflict that had the potential to become something serious.

& I can't really see anything that serious coming up at the bakery that would drive a wedge between them

^ Me neither. I think they both knew that their personal relationship wouldn't affect their professional relationsip, and vice versa.

It would, plus when you spend so much of your life, building something up like that & wanting it to succeed, you feel really close & grateful to the people that helped you do it

^ That is so true! I think they were both determined to make sure Topanga's was a success, so they didn't let any bumps that popped up impact their ultimate goal.
