^ I can see that. I think Topanga would have inspired Riley to get involved in a fight or a cause just as often as Riley would have inspired Topanga to get involved in a fight or a cause. They would have wanted to work together to bring about significant change.

Yeah, I think that really fits both of their characters to get invested in things like that & wanting to bring about change - it's kinda weird that nothing like that had happened already

^ Exactly right. Since Riley would have started thinking about wanting to leave her mark on Abigail Adams High School when she was nearing the end of her high school career, I think she would have been inspired to find fights/causes that guaranteed that she would be remembered. I'm sure Riley would have helped her find some of those fights/causes.

^ Yes, she would. I think Topanga would jump at any chance to spend time with Riley, and if they're spending time together and trying to bringing about change, then that's a bonus.

^ I think so too. Topanga would love it if Riley finds a fight/cause that she wants to put her energy into, because it would mean that she does take after her. Topanga would be so happy to see that Riley has that killer shark instinct.

Yeah, I think that's one of the traits that Topanga would most like to see that she's passed onto Riley

^ I think so too. Remember Girl Meets Game Night? Topanga was touched when Riley told her that she was only trying to beat her because she wanted her to be proud of her, that she wanted to be like her, a killer shark who always wins. Do you think Topanga hopes that Riley will become a lawyer just like her, or do you think she will accept whatever career path she takes as long as she is happy, doing what she loves?

I think that Topanga knows that Riley probably won't be a lawyer, but she does hope that she'll have a career in helping people, & that she'll be very proud of Riley whatever career she has

^ I completely agree. I have no doubt that Topanga will be proud of Riley, no matter what career path she chooses. Topanga will be happy if she sees that Riley is happy doing what she loves.
