^ Exactly. There weren't that many Hunters running around, so you would think they would be inseparable. Why did TPTB make it seem like Shawn and Jack forgot that, and that they didn't value their relationship as much as we do?

I can think of a few moments (especially in Shawn's episodes on Girl Meets World) where TPTB could have dropped a mention or two.

I wish TPTB had given us a little something about Shawn and Jack, even if it had been a one-line mention telling us that they had lost touch over the years. It would have been hard to hear and believe, but it would have given us some information about them. Then we would have come up with headcanons where they re-connected and they made more of an effort to stay in touch, keeping each other updated on their lives.

Next time I rewatch gmw, I'll try & listen to everything Shawn says about his life to see if I can give any of it a Shawn/Jack slant
